PAUL GRIFFIN
Board Chairman

CPA;  BS, Finance and Accounting; Elder, Sandy Community Church; Served as Senior VP Finance and Administration, Multnomah Bible College and Seminary for 28 years, presently semi-retired working in the area of Donor Relations; Board member of Sandy Community Action Center, Theodyssey , and Blanket Coverage Ministry.  Licensed, commissioned and ordained minister of the Gospel; Husband of Sandy Griffin, father of two grown daughters, and grandpa of Levi, Sophie, Grace and Emmaline.


SANDY GRIFFIN
Board Member

Elder, Sandy Community Church; BA in early childhood development; AA in landscape design and floral design; Watercolor artist; Master gardener; Bible Study Fellowship group leader; Board member, Blanket Coverage Ministry. Beloved wife of Paul Griffin for 46 years, mother of two grown daughters and grandmother of Levi, Sophie, Grace and Emmaline.


CHRIS WEBSTER
Executive Director

Chris Webster grew up in San Diego, CA and gave his life to Christ through the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Shortly after graduating, he and his wife Kathryn felt called to join the staff of Campus Crusade and spent seven years ministering to college students in Los Angeles, CA at Cal State Fullerton and Tucson AZ at the University of Arizona. Chris and Kathryn then made the trek to the Pacific Northwest to attend Multnomah Biblical Seminary. While at seminary, Chris spent three years with the Luis Palau Association working with Next Generation Alliance and Andrew Palau Festivals in Africa. Chris is now working in the graphic design industry and lives in Aloha, OR with his wife Kathryn and his two children Hannah and Luke.

LEAH AND TOBIAS ROBINSON
Treasurer

Tobias and Leah Robinson, board member and treasurer for Transform African Ministries. Tobias and Leah have been married for 7 years and are the parents of one son. They have a heart for East Africa and love to see what God is doing in His kingdom around the world. Tobias and Leah both were born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and currently live in Portland, Oregon. Tobias recently graduated with a degree in Business Management and Leah is an elementary school teacher.


CHRISTINA CHAN
Secretary

Trading humidity and mounds of snow for buckets of rain; Christina moved her life east of the Mississippi to the Pacific Northwest to study God’s Word. She graduated from Multnomah Biblical Seminary with a MA in Pastoral Studies and now serves as a youth worker in a church in Portland. Her work and ministry experience includes working with at-risk youth, second-generation bicultural youth, immigrant and refugee families, international students, those without a home, and those longing for Home. There is a special place in her heart for children and youth, the vulnerable and hurting, conversations over a pot of tea, and wandering through craft stores.


TOM BURGESS
Board Member

Tom Burgess has been a Senior Minister for 46 years. He has been the preaching minister for two churches: Mt. Gilead in Mooresville, Indiana for eight years 1964-1972 and Crossroads Church in Portland, Oregon for 38 years, 1972 to present. He has been involved in planning and participating in 25 Restoration Unity Forums since their inception in 1984. Tom has also been involved in mission work in India, where he has traveled 13 times. Tom has written articles for numerous publications and has authored the book “Documents on Instrumental Music”, published by College Press. He has served on the Board of Directors of Boise Bible College and the Board of the North American Convention as well as being National Prayer Chairman for North American Christian Convention.

Tom lost his beloved wife of 45 years after a 10 year battle with cancer in 2009. They have a son Jon, daughter-in-law Ginny, a daughter Jean and four grandchildren.
