Future Goals
The City Churches
Transform the world in Jesus' name with churches in all cities all over the world.
Grow the current 4 locations of The City Church in the following areas;
* Discipleship by increasing the number of missional communities.
* Financial sustainability and stability
* Leadership development and ministry engagement
* Property ownership and improved context that reflects The City Church culture.
* Strengthening of partnerships both in and outside of Uganda.
Fields City International School
Open a school at every City Church in the next 2 years.
Be able to access the PACES for the different grades for ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) more easily.
Fit For Life
Mentoring 50 graduates each year to become experienced entrepreneurs.
Offer university education to about 10 high school graduates to the university who are unable to support themselves.
Establish a career center. It will be a space for business incubation, mentoring and discipleship. The center will have a library, computer/ networking center, business training and a mentoring space.
Hope House
Start a bakery to teach and support young women in a safe and healthy environment.
Opening up more homes for girls because the need is overwhelming.
To equip the girls with leadership skills and this will do by putting in practice all that the girls learnt last during the John Maxwell mentorship. We are going to help the girls set leadership goals for themselves both at home, school and community.
We are also enforcing discipleship in the house where each girl will be required to find a person to follow as they follow Christ but to also bring others alongside them on the journey. So we plan for each girl to lead a huddle of about 5 people who they do life together.
We are also continuing to support the girls in their education through providing a safe place for them to stay a balanced diet, well stocked library and great mentorship by the house mother and church members.

Lighting up our communities with the Gospel
This mission brought an overall total of 120 new believers in the kingdom of God. 64 young people gave their lives to Christ at a youth conference, 7 people gave their lives to Christ at a medical camp and 48 during door to door evangelism and 1 person during street preaching.
